GRAMMY AWARD WINNING NE-YO ANNOUNCES DUBLIN DATE

FEMALE BOSS TULISA JOINS AS SPECIAL GUEST

Global superstar NE-YO will touch down in Dublin next March for a monster tour storming the biggest music venues in the UK & Ireland . Returning to the arena stage, the Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter will headline a string of dates joined by songstress-of-the-moment and MOBO award winner – Tulisa. With a number 1 single already under her belt and a debut solo album just released Tulisa’s addition will undoubtedly make this one of the freshest and most exciting tours of the year!

R.E.D. is Ne-Yo’s first album for Motown and the first single ‘Let Me Love You (Until You Learn To Love Yourself) saw Ne-Yo bag not only his fourth solo UK #1 but also Motown’s first #1 single in 20 years. R.E.D.’s title is an acronym for Realizing Every Dream. Having started out his career as a songwriter, with past successes including “Let Me Love You” written for Mario, Ne-Yo has sold 30 million albums worldwide. His debut album ‘In My Own Words’ was released in 2006 and went straight in at number one in the US with hit single “So Sick”. Success followed with the release of ‘Because of You’ in 2007 which also topped the US charts while his third studio album ‘Year of the Gentleman’ released 2008 produced massive singles including “Closer” and “Miss Independent” and earned Ne-Yo four Grammy nominations. With collaborations with the likes of Beyonce, Rihanna and Justin Bieber, Ne-Yo has also won two MOBO’s and been nominated for two Video Music Awards.

American Ne-Yo will bridge the Atlantic with support coming from Britain’s ‘Female Boss’ Tulisa. Having performed sold out shows on the arena stage as part of N-Dubz, this will be her largest dates as a solo artist. The X Factor judge has already had a Number 1 single with “Young” and has released her debut solo album ‘The Female Boss’ last month. As part of N-Dubz, Tulisa has had two Platinum selling albums, three top 10 singles and has won three MOBO Awards. Multi-talented Tulisa is not only the star of the television and radio but was also named “FHM’s Sexiest Woman in the World” for 2012.
